Every treatment plan should be presented to patients with a treatment plan folder. Treatment plan folders will help teams emphasize the importance of their prescribed treatment, provide important information, and aid in conversion.

• Open a Marketing ticket with the following information:
• Treatment Plan Folder Type: GP or Orthodontics
• Quantity Needed
• Office Number and Office Name

NEW OR TRANSFERRING DOCTOR REQUESTS

Doctor biography cards will be printed and shipped to offices in quantities of 150. Emails will be sent to current patient base introducing the new Doctor.

• Open a Marketing ticket complete with the Doctor Biography and high resolution photo.

BRANDED OFFICE BROCHURES

Branded office brochures that inform about Great Expressions and the services we offer.

• Open a Marketing ticket with the following information:
• Brochure version and quantity
• Pediatric Dentistry Brochure
• Whitening Menu

ADA brochures can be ordered in the Henry Schein formulary. SPP and CareCredit brochures can be ordered through the respective dashboards.

LOCAL MARKETING REQUESTS: FLYERS & GIVEAWAY ITEMS

Marketing supports office participation in free local events to build awareness in the community. Please allow 3 weeks for development, printing, and delivery.

• Open a Marketing ticket with the following information:
• Flyer version, quantity, and any requested changes
• Giveaway item, quantity
• Office Number, Office Name, and Due Date
